Lessons Learned:

- ) During this weekend I learned that an Itinerary is always subject to change.

- )  Being a Multi-Lingual individual can be helpful, although many Italians didn’t speak any English at all some spoke Spanish which worked to my advantage because I am a Latino who speaks fluent Spanish.

- ) Being Personable and outgoing can get you around a town you have no idea about.

- ) Proper time management (follow train and bus schedule at all times)

- ) Research Planned excursions a few days in advance to have an idea of the meaning and history behind the location.

- ) Always carry a list of telephone contacts in case of an emergency.

- ) Always call in advance to confirm time of arrival at excursion planned.

-) Show enthusiasm, smile, listen, take notes and respect others.
